SCC Supports National Apprenticeship Week

National Apprenticeship Week 2020 is an exciting time for us. As a family owned business, with family values, SCC values and welcomes apprentices. We offer opportunities for young people so that they can study for qualifications, with on-the-job experience and the transferable skills they need to succeed in their chosen career path. We work in partnership with local colleges and training providers to deliver accredited qualifications alongside our own local induction programmes and in-house training courses. Working closely with colleges, universities and training providers, SCC has developed a diverse and rewarding selection of apprenticeship schemes, each linked to a clear career pathway. We have delivered over 80+ apprenticeships here at SCC and currently have 20+ running live at the moment. We are working on new roles and qualifications all of the time. Our apprenticeships run from level 2 (GSCE) to level 7 (Masters) apprenticeship qualifications and where we are able, we offer our apprentices the opportunity to progress to higher levels. They are deployed across multiple business areas and subjects and around SCC’s UK offices including our headquarters in Birmingham.
