SCC’s Fay Gleeson awarded Greater Birmingham’s PA of the Year 2018

Fay Gleeson has been awarded Greater Birmingham’s PA of the Year at the prestigious Birmingham PA Awards event hosted at Resorts World Birmingham.

The award was presented to recognise Fay’s contribution as an incredible Executive Personal Assistant over 19+ years at SCC, currently supporting James Rigby, Chief Executive of SCC and previously Tracy Westall, Public Sector Sales Director and Corporate Services Director. SCC has gone from strength to strength over the years and Fay has played a major part in this success supporting the business decision makers to achieve continued profitable growth for the business as well supporting them in their career progression.

  “I think the most rewarding part of being an Executive PA is being able to make a difference, whether it be to James’s working day and his future vision and strategy for SCC, in supporting SCC’s ongoing CSR strategy or spending time training and mentoring other administration staff and our new business administration apprentices to help them achieve their own personal ambitions.”  

A massive congratulations also needs to go to Daniel Skermer, Sales Manager of Resorts World Birmingham, for launching and hosting the first ever Birmingham PA Awards. The awards were a great success, recognising the efforts of PA’s across a variety of sectors in the Greater Birmingham region and raising money for the chosen charitable partners LOVE BRUM and SIR JOSIAH MASON TRUST.
