Councils Could Save Millions through Digital Transformation

A report by the innovation charity, Nesta, says that many leading council could save millions by embracing digital transformation. It said that councils could shave as much as 13% off their total budget, even if they maintain their current ways of working. But they can save up to 40% if they transform everything they do, from procurement to their organisational structure. You can see the report here.
