Dell has launched a fully rugged tablet that’s ideal for use in blue light and other demanding areas of the public sector. The new Latitude 12 Rugged completes Dell’s new portfolio of tough devices and really enhances the appeal of this popular brand to the public sector.

Key features include an outdoor-readable 11.6-inch screen with glove touch and it is the only fully rugged tablet to offer both GPS/Serial and Ethernet as standard – you don’t have to choose between them. It also has Dell’s unique HZO Liquid Protection, which averts potential for damage and failure due to exposure to liquid.

It has dual hot-swap batteries for all-day battery power and can be supplied with a full set of accessories including desk dock, vehicle dock and modular expansion, so it’s idea for on-the-go use.
