HP Gets Ahead with Xeon-Based ZBook Mobile Workstations
HP has launched the latest generation of is ZBook mobile workstations, featuring what is claimed to be the “Ultrabook” device of it’s class to use quad-core Intel Xeon processors. The 15.6-inch ZBook Studio offers up to 2TB of storage with dual second-generation 1TB SSDSs, up to 32 GB of ECC memory, two Thunderbolt 3 ports, and either an HP DreamColor UHD (4K) or FHD (1080p) touch display.
The Zbook Studio weighs just under 2kg with its core specification and it is just 18mm thick. It can be configured with your choice of either new Nvidia Quadro M1000M (2 GB GDDR5) Professional graphics or Intel HD graphics 530. The Quadro M1000M delivers up to twice the graphics and 3D rendering performance of previous generation Nvidia Quadro GPUs.
