She is currently the Vice President for Public Sector UK and serves on the board of IBM UK FSL Ltd, Janine has successfully led businesses within IBM spanning multiple industries (Distribution, Telco, Media, Utilities and Energy and Systems Division). She has a broad range of business disciplines under her belt, including Sales, Operations and Finance. Her fundamental belief that people drive the success of any organisation means that she mentors many individuals, and also serves as a curation Manager of TED X Kingston Upon Thames.

Sal Udin
Category Director for Software and Cyber Security at Crown Commercial Service

Sal Udin is a commercial executive, delivery & change leader, who has worked in complex & challenging environments in the public and private sectors. This includes line responsibility in major departments of state for categories including Estates, FM, Food, Overseas Aid Budget, Security and Technology. Before Joining CCS, Sal was the Interim Commercial Director at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Sal has a track record of problem solving and working with senior stakeholders and suppliers to deliver innovative solutions and significant savings, and is an expert at using SRM and negotiation to maximise the value that buyers obtain from contracts over their life.

Sharon Moore MBE
CTO Public Sector UK at IBM

Sharon Moore MBE is passionate about innovation that matters and applying it in the context of the challenges her clients face, such as mounting technical debt and ever-changing priorities as a result of macro events. As IBM CTO for Public Sector UK Sharon is close to the direction of public service and the needs of citizens, and identifies how technology can support and accelerate that journey. She inspects technology trends for their value to inform her clients how these can help shape public service for today and of tomorrow. She’s shared stories at GovTech 2019, the Public Sector AI Summit, and other events that provide insight as to the difference technology can make. Sharon takes an active role in shaping technical thought leadership within the public sector; for example, in leading IBM’s contribution towards ‘The Cloud Playbook’ recently delivered as part of the One Government Cloud Strategy.

Mark Cox
IBM Public Cloud Leader, UKI

Mark run’s IBM’s Public Cloud business in UK & Ireland. He has extensive experience in the IT market having led Watson AI, and multiple services teams during his almost 20 year IT career before taking over the leadership of IBM’s Public Cloud business last year. He is passionate about technology and how it can transform all parts of our society by bringing new ideas and tools to everyone.
