Latest Barco ClickShare Solutions Give Customers Chance to Collaborate

Barco has released two new versions of its ClickShare solution. Their new CS-100 and CSE-200 products can be used to transform meeting experiences and are designed, respectively, for use in smaller meeting and huddle rooms and for use in large organisations that want to ensure security when sharing files.

They have been very popular in the public sector, where they have been widely used for general collaboration and also deployed in more specialist settings. They were used by specialist IT integrator, AVMI, to created connected courtrooms at the Ministry of Justice.

The new CS-100 enables simple presentation sharing and has a HDMI output. It supports up to eight connected users, with one user sharing their screen at a time. It comes with the standard ClickShare security features including encryption, login management, https and the option of hiding the SSID of the base unit’s wireless network.

The CSE-200 is targeted at enterprises that want enhanced security. It offers multi-layer protection that can be customised to specific needs, with three pre-defined network security options. It also offers a range of optimised connectivity options including AirPlay support, or central management. You can also access the API for simpler network integration and remote management. It also allows two users to share the screen at once, either by using ClickShare button or the ClickShare App.
