New Research Shows that Games Developers are Focusing on Mobile, PC and VR

GamesTIGA, the trade association for the video games industry, has published data on recent trends on the behaviour of video game producers.

They have reported that in the year leading up to March 2016, 46% of UK studios were primarily focused on mobile platforms, and a further 36% were focused mainly on PC gaming.

The results also revealed that, despite only making up 2% of the total, Virtual Reality is the fastest-growing area of new games development, with 20 companies primarily working on virtual titles.
